Refund & Exchange Policy
At TR TIGER INDIA, we deal exclusively in premium racing and biker boots. Due to the nature of riding gear, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
No Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided once an order is placed and delivered.

Refunds to bank, wallet, or original payment method are not applicable.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only allowed in the following cases:

The product received is manufacturing defective

The product is damaged during transit
- User should raise exchange request under24 hours of delivery.
- It will take 2-5 days to approve the exchange request.
- Exchanged item will take 4-9 days to deliver.
Mandatory Unboxing Video

A full and uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange request.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package
-
Complete opening of the parcel

The defect or damage clearly visible

Exchange requests without an unboxing video will be strictly rejected.
Exchange Process

Once your request is approved, an exchange will be arranged for the same product.

If the same product is unavailable, a credit will be issued to your bank account in 5-7 days.

This credit can be used only for future purchases on our website.

No monetary refund will be provided.
Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchanges will not be accepted for:

Size or fitting issues

Change of mind

Incorrect selection by the customer

Normal wear and tear

Used, worn, washed, or altered products

Damage caused due to improper use or riding conditions
Request Timeline

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after this period will not be entertained.
Final Decision

All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by TR TIGER INDIA.

The company reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request.
